Directions for Relief Lotion: Massage lotion into affected area for targeted relief as needed. Can be used daily all over body or as a spot treatment. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. For external use only.

Directions for Bath Salts: A long soak for a long day. For muscle recovery, we recommend using half of the contents of bag per soak (50 mg CBD per soak). Pour and dissolve into your bath. Sit and soak for at least 20 minutes.
