Directions for Body Spray: Spray 2-4 pumps on desired area for immediate cooling relief. No need to rub it in, just spray and enjoy. We recommend a spot taste to determine desired dosage. Shake well before using.

Directions for Bath Salts: A long soak for a long day. We recommend using half of the contents of bag per soak (50 mg Hemp per soak). Pour and dissolve into your bath. Sit and soak for at least 20 minutes.
